Method
Every Polymarket event page added during the daily report window appears as one market here, including pages with no measured movement. A page may contain one or more prediction contracts. Categories are generated from semantic embeddings for this report, without a fixed taxonomy, and may contain subcategories down to four levels. Slice size is descendant market count.
At the top level, markets are compared across the whole report. Inside a category, markets are compared only with other markets in that category; each visible subcategory shows the average for its markets. Activity levels are precomputed when the report is generated.
For new markets, the underlying activity signal emphasizes age-adjusted trading velocity and recent acceleration. Volume-supported repricing supplies a smaller confirmation signal. Every set of sibling categories receives fresh Material HCT colors. Brighter colors show higher activity, and markets without activity data are gray.
